Our company has come through two phase's regarding Trade Mark.In 2006,Vishnu Fab established in Karur, Tamil Nadu and bagged our share in Domestic and International markets. Further, in 2021, it has taken the name Cotton Home Collections on the consideration of progressive marketing view and servers the excellent quality products in competitive price to the international customers.

Concept of Lean Manufacturing :

Lean Manufacturing is a systematic approach that aims to create a continuous flow of product from yarn to finished products by eliminating unwanted process waste with continuous improvement. By emulating this technique, we fabricate our products in international standards at the demand of the customer. The ideal aim of this technique in to lower the production costs; increased output and shorter production lead times.

What we handle in production ?

  We handle from yarn to finished goods.

  We procure yarn from spinning mills and we get dyeing, weaving and sewing done for us in our tie-up units who work for us throughout the year. We also have an in-house Sewing unit.

  At every stage the raw materials are inspected at our factory.

  Once the sewing is finished, the goods are inspected and packed at our factory.

  We can handle simple to complex packing requirements.
